Kwati is a traditional Nepalese dish of nine types of sprouted beans. Kwati is mainly eaten during Janai Purnima/Rakshya Bandhan in Nepal. It is very famous festive food. Kidney beans, black-eyed peas, chickpeas, soybeans, moong beans, green beans, black beans and white beans are used in kwati. It has great taste with lots of health benefits.
